Our equine co-coaches have supported me in so many ways, including helping me to find a new level of self-awareness, improve my ability to connect with others, and discover different ways to solve problems. These things could have been achieved through conventional coaching approaches, but connecting with horses led me to a depth of insight and reflective moments I had never experienced before. Fast forward in time since those first moments, and now I want to support others to achieve the same, using the lessons shared with us by our equine friends.
