Our Holistic Hub
We partner with a number of local holistic and alternative therapy practitioners to offer the widest possible range of options to improve and maintain the physical and emotional wellbeing of our horse and human subjects.

Access Bars
Access Bars®️ is a gentle hands-on technique delivered by Lesley Smart that helps release stress, overthinking, and stored tension, creating more space for calm, clarity, and ease. Light touch is applied to 32 points on the head that relate to different aspects of life, supporting deep relaxation and renewal.
These sessions are held in the natural presence of the herd. The horses are not asked to perform or take part in a set way — they simply respond as they choose. Their natural calm and awareness bring a depth of support to the space.
One of the herd, Oribi, is in a special partnership with me during these sessions. She attunes to the person receiving the Bars, while the rest of the herd hold the wider frequency of the field. This creates a unique and very special experience, where human and horse presence weave together in support of release, balance, and restoration.
Sessions usually last around an hour. In fair weather they take place outdoors in the field, and when needed we use the bell tent as a cosy alternative.
Cost £77 for 1hr, £111 for 90mins
Yoga and Sound Bathing
Join our resident yoga practitioner Samantha Prince at one of her regular yoga and sound bathing events, held in the paddocks with the horses or in an alternative indoor space if the weather is not favourable to outdoor activities.
Each yoga session is tailored to the abilities and ambitions of the attendees, meaning it is suitable for everyone, newcomers and frequent flyers alike. Combining regular yoga practices with the energy offered by the horses allows participants to reach different and deeper levels of connection with their bodies and emotions.
Sound bathing is a sound vibration form of meditation, where participants relax and are bathed in the vibrational sounds of various instruments. They are : Crystal bowl, Steel tongue drum, Tibetan singing bowls, Gongs, Rain stick and Chimes.
These vibrational sounds promote a deep relaxation, giving the mind and body time and space to find its centre and rebalance by clearing and cleansing the day to day build up of the energetic stress and strains in our lives.

Ecotherapy with Lianne Deamer MBACP
Hello I'm Lianne, a friendly qualified, LGBTQIA+ and BACP registered person centered and trauma informed counsellor based between Portsmouth and a Chichester, offering short and long term counselling in person and online for anyone aged 16+. I welcome clients from all walks of life who may not feel comfortable or accepted in life and perhaps in conventional therapy services too.
Where appropriate, I may incorporate some mindfulness techniques into our sessions to help ease any unsettling feelings and also include tuning into your body to see if these feelings are sitting anywhere that you may not have been aware. I may also include some clarity and understanding in relation to what happens with the body and mind when it comes to experiencing mental health conditions.
I am a lover of mother nature and the alternative side of life, myself having a few tattoos, piercings and dreadlocks! You may wonder why I mention this? The reason is because when I was training to be a counsellor I didn't really feel that there were many counsellors who looked like me or liked similar things and this made the feeling of "other" feel all too real and slightly isolating and so I wanted to create a space where clients can relate to someone not only emotionally but within their style and personal preferences.
